Αγαπητοί γονείς/κηδεμόνες των μαθητών του 3ου Δημοτικού Γλυφάδας,
Σύμφωνα με τις διατάξεις η προσέλευση και η αποχώρηση των μαθητών του σχολείου γίνεται με ευθύνη των γονέων / κηδεμόνων, οι οποίοι οφείλουν να προσέρχονται έγκαιρα στο σχολείο. Η αποχώρηση δεν μπορεί να γίνεται πριν τις 13:15 (εκτός εξαιρετικών περιπτώσεων π.χ. ασθένεια). Για να γνωρίζει το σχολείο τον τρόπο αποχώρησης των παιδιών σας, παρακαλούμε συμπληρώστε την σχετική υπεύθυνη δήλωση που διανέμουμε συνημμένη.
Διευκρίνιση:
1. Στην περίπτωση που το/τα παιδί/-ιά αποχωρούν μόνα τους γράφετε ότι: «επιτρέπω το παιδί μου να αποχωρεί μόνος/-η από το σχολείο».
2. Στην περίπτωση που το/τα παιδί/-ιά αποχωρεί/-ούν συνοδευόμενο/-α γράφετε το/τα ονοματεπώνυμο/-α του/των συνοδού/-ών με εξαίρεση τους γονείς που δε χρειάζεται να αναφερθούν ονομαστικά.
Προσοχή:
Δεδομένου ότι, όπως προαναφέρθηκε, δεν επιτρέπεται η αποχώρηση κατά τη διάρκεια των μαθημάτων παρά μόνο για εξαιρετικές περιπτώσεις, καλό είναι στη συνέχεια των προηγούμενων να υπάρχει πρόβλεψη και για τις πιο έκτακτες ή απίθανες περιπτώσεις.
