1. Η υλικοτεχνική υποδομή, Το κτίριο, που κατασκευάστηκε το 1979, ανήκει στο σχολείο μας και, αν και 40 ετών πλέον, αποτελεί ένα από τα αξιοσημείωτα πλεονεκτήματά μας. Διαθέτει αρκετά σύγχρονες κύριες και δευτερεύουσες εγκαταστάσεις. Στις κύριες συγκαταλέγονται 20 αίθουσες διδασκαλίας, 2 αίθουσες/γραφεία δασκάλων, αίθουσα σίτισης Ολοήμερου, αίθουσα θεάτρου & πολλαπλών χρήσεων, αίθουσα Η/Υ, χημείο, γήπεδα κ.ά. Στις δευτερεύουσες εγκαταστάσεις ανήκουν οι αποθήκες, τα γραφεία συλλόγων γονέων & δασκάλων, η αίθουσα λαϊκής τέχνης και βεστιάριο, το κυλικείο κ.ά. Το προαύλιο του σχολείου μας είναι έκτασης περίπου 3.5 στρεμμάτων. Από αυτά, περίπου, το 0,5 στρέμμα είναι στεγασμένο με αδιάβροχο υλικό, ενώ 1 ακόμα στρέμμα, περίπου, είναι κήπος με δένδρα, φυτά, λουλούδια, κιόσκια, παγκάκια και τραπέζια.
